I don't think there is an actual list website anywhere. I know the midwest collegiate dancers have a fb group that we keep updated with all our competitions (and it does stretch outside of the proper midwest too) I can list off the midwest schools, but I'm not sure about the EC.

This calendar seems relatively comprehensive (It's Ily's, right? I'm pretty sure I found it through a link here on DF at some point): http://www.dance.zsconcepts.com/comp_list.cgi . Though it looks like there are plenty of 2013 comps still needing to decide/communicate their dates.
About 75% of the midwest collegiate comps use that site, so most of them will be on there once their registration opens.
Although I don't know specific dates, for New England, the usual time of year for various comps is something like this: Harvard Beginners: Early to Mid October UConn Husky Classic: Mid October Yale Ballroom Competition: Mid to Late October Brown Ballroom Dance Competition: Mid November Big Apple Dancesport Challenge (Columbia): Early December (Two days) Tufts Ballroom Competition: Early December Boston University Terrier Dancesport Competition: Early to Mid February Holy Cross Ballroom Competition: Mid to Late February Harvard Invitational: Mid March seems to be the usual time (Two Days) Northeast Collegiate Dancesport Challenge (Brandeis): Mid March MIT Open: Mid April (Two Days)
The University of Vermont is planning to host the first "Green and Gold Classic" (open to all) in November... same weekend as DCDI unfortunately
The Gotham City Dancesport Challenge (NYU's comp) will be on Saturday, April 20 next year (2013). At least it should be. *fingers crossed*

It's nice to see some schools can have their 2013 dates already listed. But many college teams are secondary users of the available space. My college team has to wait until the athletic teams have set their home game schedules before the facility will commit to a date for our competition.
