O.K., i figured if we have a lunch time club, why is it that we don't have a breakfast time club?!! Afterall, breakfast is the most important meal of the day! Fine, i admit, I'm just bored and wanted to start a new topic  ....
here here... breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. I tell all my clients to eat breakfast, preferably protein for long-lasting energy I, on the other hand, choose wheat toast with butter and blackberry jam more often than not.
hmm, breakfast... i had corn & sweet potato for carbs & fiber and tiny bit of leftover chicken and fish for protein! Plus a plate full of vitamins & minerals for whatever nutrient that i might be missing!
Aha! I have lots of water and a few bites of my steel cut oats porridge. Then at work I'll either have the porridge about one hour after coming in or my daily egg sandwich.
Usually... 1 1/2 - 2 glasses of water 1 glass of fruit juice plain yoghurt w/ fresh berries 1 bowl of breakfast cereal w/milk 1 mug of strong tea And then I end up feeling the full effect of all this amount of fluid intake all morning...
Breakfast this morning. A cup of blueberries, a plum, a nectarine, a glass of orange juice, and hot tea. I love summer fruit!
whoa...you guys sure eat healthy breakfasts! I had kidney beans & barley....o.k., maybe i AM short on protein...
I am so boringly predictable on this subject- I have a banana, 2 cups of fresh-brewed coffee and one piece of bread. (*But someone gave me a case of peaches so the next couple weeks I am substituting peach for banana!)
Fridge is a nice alternative.... Given the warm weather we've had lately, i'd be surprised if my peach can survive for a week if i just leave it on the table!
Many have coffeee without any milk...Sad, but true. I had a banana for breakfast today, plus lots of water.
