Breakfast Time Club!!

    Me neither. Eating healthy is very expensive

    That's why it's important to pack your lunch beforehand. When I was in school, i used to skip lunch (always had a class during lunch time!) and i gradually got used to just having 2 meals in a day - took me a couple of years to revert back to 3 meals/day!

    A lot of the health and weight-loss literature these days is recommending five or six small meals a day, to boost the metabolism and help control appetite.

    What do you guys/gals think about that? Or do you stick with the basic three-square meals tradition? 8)

    Hmmm ... coffee might help to wake you, but then again so does a little exercise. ;)

    Cold cereal, toast, and fruit juice for me today. :D

    Exercise in the morning...I only have 15 min to leave my house each morning...

    There's always getting up earlier... which is so not going to happen, in my case. :wink: :lol: :lol:

    Brunch might count for either this thread or the Lunch Time thread. ;)

    Course we could always set up a Brunch Time thread, too. :lol: :lol: :lol:

    I agree, seperate. Although ... brunch on Sundays is very fun! Especially aftre sleeping in late or other ... interesting Sunday morning activitees. ;)

    They don't say breakfast is the best way to start your day for nothing! :D
