    I had to teach the early class this morning...and I just cannot abide eating at that hour...particularly right before a workout...i know the rules but....blerg

    homemade quiche (with yellow bell pepper, parmesan, chives, and chicken jalapeno sausage)
    greek yogurt with blackberries
    coffee

    wish I could taste any of it

    sorry to hear that a cold i presume??

    breakfast today ail be.......huge!! as i dont eat lunch on comp days two big meals one well before and one after ( reward) snacks all day throughout
