or do you find his music too mechanically? Then watch the DancingFlower.. youtube.com/watch?v=rJtpIt43raY [YT]rJtpIt43raY[/YT]
well Fresedo's psycho violins make his version of La Viruta far more fun to dance to (bring your own shower curtain) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyYtgl--N8g
Not at all. I like his music. I wouldn't want to dance more than a couple of tandas to his music, but I would say that for almost any orchestra. Some of my favorites of his: Racing Club and El Rapido.
I don't like his music much. He was on to a good thing while he played with D'Arienzo, but didn't know when to stop. His off-beat accents just got sillier and sillier, until they sound as though he was just doing it to annoy. My loss, probably.
I used to hate Biagi's off accent hectic beats. Then I learned to listen the melody of the songs, and it is just brilliant. I listen to him everyday now.
It's a lot of his piano embellishments he typically throws in (where they are not needed, IMO), that soured me on most of his tangos. I think I'm not typical though, as a lot of people seem to like his stuff.
I *love* Biagi the Magic Hands. By far my favourite orchestra. (you don't like cats? you just don't know how to cook them )
I can't imagine it would be worth the effort. I don't know how hard the couple dancing here were trying, but it got the better of them comprehensively!
I hope you're just using that video for the song, rather than the performance. Those guys most definitely did not nail it
What about these people? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wpti9tb-vgE and these? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEnmt1xa92I
Much better I still think a lot of people dislike Biagi because they try to "Mickey mouse" the music to the last beat accent. Biagi's brialliance is in the construction of the melodic lines in the midst of all these rhythmic accents
So, everybody takes the easiest and most obvious solution to a musical problem. Nothing creative or original about that. Looks like a game of musical chairs.

I tend to be a bigger fan of their teaching, than their dancing, but that song fits their style very well. [yt]oEnmt1xa92I[/yt]
