    easter leftovers today...pretty much going to be all about ham and a broccoli noodle thing...easy on the noodle....and maybe some tea...throat is hurting

    I just ate an entire box of Kraft Dinner... and I had poutine at lunch :oops:

    Back on track tomorrow, methinks.

    omg...love poutine...was one of my favorite things about Montreal...and why I must not ever go back :)...I gain 10 pounds just thinking about it

    I'm not from Montreal, but am close enough that it's everywhere! I'm usually pretty good, but every once and awhile I need to cave... I just try to make it really good poutine when I do!

    gravy, potatoes, and cheese...kind of hard to screw that up , IMO

    It's got to be good gravy, and the right kind of cheese... but otherwise, agreed.

    meh...I'll pretty much eat any potato combined with any cheese and any gravy...kind of like any pasta and any tomato sauce...but since I am on a carb restriction right now, I have lost all objectivity...might eat uncoooked rice right now if I could :)

    Am currently, yes this very minute, boiling fresh strawberries down to a hmm jam...for homemade PopTarts.
    Gotta love "The Chew" and thank you Michael Simon for the home version of Pop Tarts, way gooooddddd!

    oatmeal with apples and walnuts, OJ
    smoked chicken, asparagus, half a bagel
    spinach and pineapple smoothie, part of a pork chop, handful of chocolate covered dried cranberries

    2 bowls of vegetable beef soup, propel zero water
    pkg of lemon pepper tuna with dill relish and 5 triscuits, also a few slices of skim parmesan and some tomato sauce, large unsweet tea
    2 glasses of sauvi blanc

    1 piece of leftover pizza from dh's dinner...curse you man...how many times have I told you to give that to the dog?
    some lean cuisine broccoli potato thingey
    1/2 a cup of brown rice with stir fried veggies over it

    one cup of coffee
    lots of water
    2 btls of vitamin water zero
    2 glasses of sauvi blanc

    Have become a big fan of ABC's "The Chew" cooking show.
    Have made alot of the recipes I know DH and I will like.
    Must....stop....or....decide....to go to......Culinary Class! lol.
    Munched on Portabello Mushrooms marinated in Balsamic Vinegarette and grilled with shrimp. Heaven.

    scrambled eggs, coffee
    6 inch meatball sub with spinach and cucumber, vitamin water zero
    one clementine
    one small crab cake and a small spinach salad, 2 margaritas....and I am hungry...but that is the way it's gonna be

    tues...chicken patty on a whole wheat bun, second chicken patty without a bun and 4 bites of salad.....forget dinner...two glasses of white zin...and out

    turkey sammich with avocado for lunch
    pizza and caprese salad for dinner shared with the mrs of course

    hmm..no clue what thursday entailed...probably best forgotten

    fri...= 3 low fat bologne sammiches on ot bread, a bowl of french onion soup, a crab cake and corn, one foofy champagne drink and a lot of coffee

    Ooooh, now I want a foofy champagne drink. They rank right up there with margaritas in my book!
