    cottage cheese
    small bowl of low carb pasta with itln dressing, small salad with pistachios and pepitas
    (coffee and water)

    dinner will be tomato basil soup, slice of cantaloupe and a few cucumber rounds (no wine today...over the limit this week...as with dairy and other carbs, I monitor this)

    meatball sub...studio showcase tonight, which will no doubt involve chinese food...and wine

    italian wedding soup

    coffee. vitamin water zero, tea, margaritas x2

    grilled chicken salad, chips and salsa
    I'm thinking I need some vitamin C(hocolate), but it's too late to eat that today

    large chef salad, italian wedding soup

    more soup
    lowfat vanilla yogurt

    vitamin water zero, coffee, unsweet tea

    Okay, officially beginning two weeks of very low iodine diet, so:
    oatmeal, with fruit
    homemade bread with no-salt peanut butter, apple
    homemade spaghetti sauce and homemade noodles made with olive oil instead of eggs (blerg); not as bad a grubs, but close
    carrots
    NO Diet Coke, No chocolate. This is going to be a very, very long two weeks...

    6oz sirloin, cup of french onion soup, baked potato
    coffee, unsweet tea, vitamin water zero, one glass of pink moscato

    Day 9 of very low iodine diet. Have lost 5 pounds in the past 9 days on this restricted diet. Luckily only 5 more days to go.

    oatmeal with apples, OJ
    homemade pasta (made with olive oil instead of the forbidden eggs) with homemade tomato sauce, cantalope
    grilled hamburger patty, boiled potatoes, fresh green beans, iced tea

    my chewable calcium supplements seem like a treat now!

    Best breakfast ever today...scrambled eggs on toast with avocado, plus greek yoghurt with berries and chia seeds. Yum!

    2 slices sausage pizza sans crust
    salad (iceburg lettuce, pepitas, grated parmesan, lowfat peppercorn ranch dressing)
    cup of spanish rice, 2 glasses sauvi blanc
    if, after 6 fitness classes, that is too many calories, I give up

    Day Whatever of very low iodine diet. Sigh.

    Oatmeal with apples, cranberry juice.
    homemade bread (with no eggs, milk, or butter included) with unsalted peanut butter, carrot sticks, iced tea.
    Baked chicken, fresh green beans, potato (with no butter.)
    dried cranberries and raw almonds.

    Last Day of very low iodine diet!

    apple, cantalope, banana
    small steak, small baked sweet potato, fresh green beans, iced tea
