    1 1/2 burgers w/ a1 sauce
    1bowl of spanish rice w/corn and shredded cheddar
    copious amounts of unsweet tea plus one btl of propel zero and one screwdriver w/swedish schnapps...because it has been a long expletive deleted week

    Made my second pizza with the dough made from scratch. Tried to use less oil, but it stuck to the dish, so next time at least a coating of oil. It's been a little over a year being plant based and haven't been this excited about food in a long time!

    handful of tortilla chips and salsa, box-0
    bowl of baked veggie casserole (zucchini, broccoli, squash, mushroom, potato and carrots au gratin)

    small McDonalds Pomegranate smoothie (step-son just got his first job there. He brought one home for me, as a surprise, since he knows I love my Pom juice. I hated to tell him I would rather poke out my eyes than eat McDonalds. It was delicious)

    Salad with red loose leaf and coral lettuce (from my garden) cherry tomatos, basil leaves (from my garden), mozzarella chunks, and basalmic glaze.

    Strawberries from the garden
    Banana
    Cucumbers - carrots with homemade hummus

    probably going to have tortilla chips and salsa later tonight.

    asian broccoli slaw salad, with pepitas and raisins in a sesame balsamic, unsweet tea
    a few tortilla chips with queso, olives, and hot sauce...anticipating wine before bed

    blackberries. Wasn't hungry at all.

    today:
    tapioca pudding
    pizza with my own basil leaves, ricotta, mozeralla, and my own spinach
    2 dark cherry cream sodas
    green beans and one cherry tomato from my garden

    Well it is all very sparse still, one cherry tomato! Except the lettuce and spinach, of which I am over flowing.

    lunch half turkey club
    dinner will be chicken curry with basmatic rice

    lost 6 lbs of fat so far !! 11 more to hit 10% body fat woot woot

    tastes okay watermelon fruit punch grape acai pomegranate are the flavors
