    once I got home I raided my garden and had a handful of strawberries, tomatos with basil leaves.

    coffee, vitamin water zero...probably moscato eventually

    Ezekiel bread and coffee for breakfast
    Hummus, crackers and fruit for lunch.
    Panda Express chicken with green beans and rice for dinner

    7:30 egg salad on ezekial bread and low cal gatorade
    10:30 low carb tortilla w/ cheese and olives, more gatorade
    2:30 panda express kungpo chicken over steamed brown rice, unsweet tea
    5:30 low carb tortilla w/cheese and olives, corona light

    Today begins the post-beach diet (no, not the South Beach Diet.) Oatmeal, cranberry juice. half a roast beef sandwich, apple, granola. pork chop, salad, small baked potato.

    Oatmeal, juice in the early morning, popcorn very late at night. No time to find food or eat it today.

    Lunch: cheese pizza Lean Pocket
    Snack: same
    Snack: mango peach salsa and whole grain tortilla chips
    Dinner... will probably not be great
    Also, red wine

    Yesterday:
    raisin bran with skim milk for breakfast
    hummus and pita for lunch
    granola bar for snack
    a little bit of grilled pork-chop, tomato, mozzarella and french baguette for dinner
    cupcake at practice for one of the girl's birthdays

    I need to start logging mine again. It got out of control for a while.

    Breakfast: nothing.
    Lunch: salad with some olives and mozzarella.
    Dinner: spaghetti and meatballs, with a piece of pie for dessert.
