    no brekkies...not on purpose
    lunch; salad and some pre-pakaged calorie approved thing
    snack; no fat cottage cheese
    dinner; small bowl of marinara sauce because I was craving it...oh well...handful of spicey hot peanuts

    Breakfast- coffee and water
    Lunch half of a chicken salad sandwich
    Dinner- glass of red wine and salad

    Today:
    Breakfast: slice of leftover breakfast casserole
    Lunch: none
    Dinner: burrito bowl from Salsarita
    Dessert: slice of my DW's hot fudge cake. :D

    yesterday; no breakfast, hence a rather large taco bell lunch.....chef salad for dinner

    today thusfar; oj and coffee at breakfast
    lunch is zucchini and mushrooms in marinara, skim cottage cheese, lowfat vanilla yogurt w/sour cherries


    add; special k vegetarian, low carb egg on flatbread sort of food thingey...and moscato...because it has been a long week and I was very very good

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast: none
    Lunch: cup of vegetable soup and a granola bar
    Dinner: potato skins and mozzarella sticks
    Dessert: more of that darn hot fudge cake (DW made me do it... :D)

    Breakfast- one egg with a slice of Ezekiel bread
    Lunch- bowl of steak soup.
    Dinner- hummus with pita bread and glass of wine

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast: Last slice of leftover breakfast casserole
    Lunch: Salad that I had to pick through because the lettuce was wilted
    Dinner: Chicken salad with better lettuce

    Today:
    B: Yogurt with fruit
    L: Gym
    D: Leftover roast beef with carrots, and small portion of microwave mac n cheese

    mon...7:30 am brekkies; blue powerade
    lunch...11:30am; 2 bbq pork chops, vegetables and mushrooms in marinara w/ parmesan, unsweet tea
    dinner...7:30 pm; 1/2 chicken burrito....1 1/2 margaritas

    Breakfast: banana
    Lunch: a bit of leftover chili, blueberries
    Snack: Kind dark chocolate and seasalt bar
    Dinner: Roast chicken breast, tomato and mozzarella, a bit of bread
    after dinner snack; chocolate mmm.....

    Lunch: leftover stuffed salmon
    Dinner: sandwich from Firehouse

    tue; 730 am hotel brekkies (bad scrambled eggs, a few hash browns, and sausage gravy). unsweet tea
    11:30 small can of soup, few bites of yogurt
    4:00 double fish filet, unsweet tea
    6:00 pm blue powerade
    7p mushrooms marinara and moscato

    tues; 7am; fat free bologne on oat bread. 11am same thing, 2pm food like substance from cardboard box=500 calories, 8pm; ham slice, a few pieces of gouda cheese with pesto and a wedge of cantaloupe, dry rose' wine from France...pretty good box-o from the French :)

    I feel like I eat so much compared to other people on this thread! For example, here is what I ate on Tuesday, which was a workout day (8 miles on treadmill--jogged 4.5, power walked 3.5):

    Breakfast:
    banana
    1 piece Nature's Own whole wheat bread w/1 tbsp. Skippy chunky peanut butter
    orange

    Lunch
    pb sandwich (2 pieces Nature's Own ww bread w/1 tbsp. Skippy chunky pb)
    2 extra dark chocolate Petit Ecolier cookies
    banana
    orange

    snacks:
    banana
    2 pieces bread

    Dinner:
    1 piece homemade spinach lasagna
    2 Petit Ecolier cookies

    snacks:
    1 cup Cheerios

    1 vita top

    1 pack Ritz pb crackers (6 in pack)

    salad--greens, grape tomatoes, 2 tbsp. reduced fat feta, 1 tbsp. craisins, 1 tbsp. fat-free Italian dressing
    1 br

    probably another orange



    I do eat less than this on non-workout days, but even so...I can't believe how many of you don't eat breakfast or lunch! I would be SO crabby.

    Breakfast: Frozen waffles with peanutbutter and strawberries
    Lunch: Pita with carrots and hummus
    Dinner: I tried a new recipe for a chicken breast marinaded in greek yogurt and siracha! It was awesome. Plus couscous and cumbers. A little bit of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream after because I really really wanted it.
    Snack: blueberries and a protein bar

    ccm...I just never feel like eating until after my morning workout...I wish I did as it would keep me from eating everything in sight at about noon

    7am lowfat bologne on oat bread...11 swedish meatballs and noodles( in portion controlled box), 2pm healthy choice baked ziti, 5pm small beef empanadas...possibly red rapsberries and rose' wine later...jury still out on that
