    Oat meal with apples and strawberries breakfast
    Coffee, Water, Coffee, Water
    Sweet Potatoes with Nayonaise for dipping, Sandwich with Avocado, Tomato and Mustard Lunch #1
    Foot Long Veggie sub with all the veggies Lunch #2
    Cliff Bar Snack
    Grapes Snack
    Water
    Almond Cookies Snack
    Water
    Curried Rice and Corn Small Dinner before bed
    Wine
    Another Cliff Bar Snack

    Pretty much eat continuously all day.

    Nayonaise? No it was Vegenaise, which totally kicks Mayonnaise and Nayonaise in the pants. Vegenaise is the best :)

    oatmeal with almonds and brown sugar for breakfast
    three pieces of leftover thin crust pinapple and jalapeno pizza (my fav!)
    apple and peanut butter for dinner
    a bit of cherry coke on my way home from a lesson

    I'm back on track thank God.
    Breakfast- coffee, water and slice of Ezekiel bread, one egg
    Lunch- grilled chicken salad
    Dinner- glass of merlot and pork chop with roasted veggies.

    Been craving salted in the shell peanuts for awhile, so I finally got some.

    Breakfast was light with peanut butter toast (better'n peanut butter)and coffee. Lunch will be beets, asparagus and rice. :)

    Cheerios with yogurt and blueberries, lots of tea
    2 slices toast (wheat) lightly buttered, fizzy water
    Peas, sprinkled with parmesan cheese

    Did you purposely link to a product page with highly negative reviews of what you ate, or what it an automagic linkage insert?

    Yesterday - chicken soup with bread, some lollies, 4 oranges, and I was on track to eat 2 donuts until I realised they were 500 calories each. eek.

    Fettuccine alfredo and a salad for lunch, then a Filet O Fish and small fries (hate McDonald's fries now that they're all scrawny and pale again) for dinner, and I just polished off a Sarah Lee snackycake that is basically a chocodile knockoff. I really wanted a steak quesadilla from Taco Hell, but they were closed :-(

    And this coke is JUST right. You know what I mean- once in awhile, you get a fountain coke that just hits the spot in every way, and all the other times are just meh, or even bleh.

    Cheerios, yogurt and raspberries; tea.
    Two slices wholewheat toast, lightly buttered; fizzy water.
    Three ears of corn, glass of pino grigio.
    Baking a mixture of red potatoes, tomatoes, onion and basil for later.

    Flax meal waffle with Peanut Butter and coffee for breakfast
    Curry rice (jasmine rice, nutritional yeast, bragg's liquid aminos, curry, Cholula hot sauce) and steamed Cauliflower for lunch.

    yesterday; alot of green olives, deviled egges and hot sausage...also, cranberry wine...not much else

    earlier today; ham sammiches on hawaiian bread w/ hot mustard, baked chicken and assorted other pot luck dishes...now; however much wine is neccessary for medicinal purposes

    Rice pasta with homemade veggie sauce (pimentos, black olives, cherry tomatoes, onions, and spinach) for lunch. Tuna sandwich on whole wheat for dinner. Cocktails now.

    Dinner #1: Chipotle BBQ Burger and Chikn Gumbo from Veggie Grill (all Vegan)

    Breakfast- coffee, water and a boiled egg, some grapes
    Lunch- chicken noodle soup.
    Dinner- arugula,cranberry,walnut salad with red wine

    11:30 ham sammich on rye
    2oo...tacos
    7:30 shrimp, rice, margaritas

    Before class: Nothin'. After class: A quarter pounder with bacon, a medium fries, and a sweet tea. Midnight snack: One taco and a large coke.

    Okay, 3/4ths of a taco. The cat was feeling under the weather, and What Baby Wants, Baby Gets. I'm not going to tell a sickopuss 'no'.
