Not a good day for eating. Tried to stay healthy and stated with a black bean burger for lunch, only burger, no bun. Then got derailed at dinner....wine, chicken Florentine...mashed potatoes...tomorrow is a new day...

I fell off the food wagon today. Not making excuses, but suffice it to say it was triggered.

    Cheeseburger,
    Onion rings
    Giant coke
    Giant iced tea
    A bag of salted peanuts
    A Snickers
    Some sunflower seeds
A small pack of those unwrapped KitKat bites that are no more targeting obese people than Joe Camel was targeting children
A quarter of a pint of Wild Turkey with coke
    Habanero smoked almonds

Back on track after my Halloween-binge - thank goodness, 'cause that needed to stop! :)

Breakfast: Coffee, and a homemade banana-walnut muffin
Lunch: Sweet potato and chicken stew, greek yogurt, water
Snack: Strawberries and a bite-size brownie, herbal tea
Dinner: Small steak with rice and green beans, green tea
Post-dance snack: Multigrain bagel with peanut butter, water

A little light on the fruit and veggies, maybe, but I'll take it.

Blueberry Nutrigrain Bar, raspberry yogurt and tea for breakfast,
coffee, coffee, coffee during the morning,
Cheeseburger and Fries for lunch from a diner that is local to my workplace and which I didn't enjoy anywhere near as much as I expected to,
    Raisins for a snack,
A whole bag of my favorite pig-out food for dinner

Back on the wagon. Club sandwich on wheat before class, turkey sandwich on onion/poppyseed bun after, one large pepsi/coke with crushed ice.
