Studio Xmas party. So. Much. Food. I don't think I have enough character space.
two slices toasted wheat bread with peanutbutter, tea
a bag of peas, sprinkled with parmesan cheese, fizzy water
double helping homemade risotto with mushrooms, glass of sauvignon blanc
Salad with grilled chicken
Chicken piccata, and 1 glass of wine
breakfast sammich, oj
tomato soup, salad, unsweet tea
sausage, tortilla chips and dip, white lambrusco
turkey bacon and egg sandwich
Ginger soy shrimp stir fry
chips and dip
pretzels and cheese spread
sausage, corn and black beans
coffee, tea, wine
edit to add deviled eggs...and they were awesome
let's just leave it at varying intervals of sausage, cheesy potatoes, and deviled deviled eggs... one chocolate chip cookie...lots of iced tea and wine (this would pretty much cover the past three days and this morning)
Will have to push 'reset' button soon. Food has not been a disaster, but would like to be better
breakfast; coffee and cottage cheese
lunch; iced tea and half a ham sandwich
dinner; shrimp vindaloo, chili pakkora, naan, 2 gin and tonics
Oatmeal with peaches and almonds, cranberry juice
grilled chicken salad with dried cranberries and gorganzola, mango iced tea
ham sandwich, Diet Coke, slice of cake
probably margarita soon
Greek yogurt with strawberries
Egg drop soup, dumplings, a bit of ice cream and a cider.
I love the days when I have long workouts and I can eat ice cream/drink alcohol and still come in under the calorie budget
small bit of leftover lentils and naan...vitamin water zero
torta cubano, mushrooms, two small weak margaritas
taco fest, copious amounts of unsweet tea
Cocktail Hotdogs, tater tots, and dumplings... Comfort food
Decided to do a juice fast yesterday- only coffee, tea, water and green juice. Felt great, once in a while helps to reset. Back to regular food today.
doritos and dip....chop suey...tea...wine
handful of doritos, small bowl of chop suey, 2 pieces of pizza, iced tea...champagne immanent
Steak and red wine. Tomorrow is a new day and a new year for healthy eating. My goal is to follow the 80/20 rule and be healthy at least 80 percent of the time. But without splurges, it would not be living. So here's to a new year!
