trying to minimize calorie intake since I can't do aerobic exercise until at least March. So, oatmeal with peaches and almonds for breakfast, along with cranberry juice. Lunch was a roast beef sandwich with no cheese (boo) and an orange. Dinner was spinach and pineapple smoothie and a small shredded beef burrito with no sauce or cheese (boo, again) with one small but very good Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory chocolate.

Have you thought about an arm ergometer for aerobic exercise? It's a little harder to get an intense workout than on a bike or treadmill but it's better than nothing

lowfat bologne sammich, tomato soup, corn
    chicken noodle soup, more corn
greek yogurt, a few nachos, sauvignon blanc...and a cookie that I am sure was perfectly good if you like cookies, which I forced myself to eat because they were given to me as a thank you gift from my bosses wife....

Yes, I have thought about using this piece of equipment. Unfortunately right now my incision hasn't yet healed and I'm favoring my right buttock so I'm not sure I'd be able to use the machine. It would probably be very funny to watch me try, though.

Today was busy enough at work that I didn't actually eat anything except for handful of goldfish crackers and grapes, coffee, water. Now home but too exhausted and hungry to cook, so getting hot and sour soup and kung pao chicken.

Edited to add- I hope I lost a couple of lbs!

The world's best pretzels and cheese ever.

Now I'm craving the little LJS fish-strips though. Dippers, I think? The new ones.
