    English muffin with cream cheese
    Chicken noodle soup, half a pb sandwich and a banana
    Orange pepper with string cheese
    Trout, carrots and cucumbers
    Yogurt

    I thought I was done with my olive kick, but I'm STILL on it.

    yesterday; for the life of me I am struggling to recall....

    seemslike it was a salami sandwichon rye, then black bean and rice chips with chili con queso....then some peel and eat shrimp and some latenight chips and cheese again...with green olives :)

    a continuation of red beans and rice chips with pimento spread...and a homemade dice potato, broccoli casserole...I used a few high end gourmet soups as the base (a sweet potato thai and a butternut squash) topped with a skim cheese...lots of unsweet tea and a red moscato

    orange juice
    2 slices toasted Ezekiel bread with hummus
    vegetable soup;
    blackberry juice
    baked potato; squash
    ginger ale

    Everybody's been talking about butternut squash lately, and now I really want some. Instead, I got hooked on peanuts again. Off the olives though.

    today; the rest of that potato casserole stuff....and spaghetti...sometimes carbs happen...have really been cutting back...btu today nothing else would do...

    applesauce; cheerios with yogurt; raspberries; tea
    2 slices Ezekiel bread, toasted, with hummus
    butternut squash, 2 crescent rolls
    mocha frappacino (no ice)
    beef/vegetable soup
    ginger ale (no ice)

    Power breakfast sandwich from Panera
    Almonds, walnuts
    Grilled chicken breast with brown rice and shaved Brussels sprouts sautéed in olive oil with Parmesan cheese

    spaghetti...4 fitness classes today...carbs were neccessary...unsweet tea
    2 baked pork chops with sourkraut...screwdriver

    soup...and low calorie gatorade...eventually managed a tuna melt....trying coconut coffee right now...hoping it stays down and perks me up to try to go to work

    Stir fry chicken and veggies
    Almonds and walnuts
    One apple
    One glass of red wine

    risotto with mushrooms, roasted red pepper, ginger ale

    Roasted red pepper hummus with almond crackers.
    Pasta with leeks and pancetta...and a glass of my favorite red

    Bfast1: banana and tomato juice
    Bfast2: steel cut oatmeal with pecans and vanilla chai sugar
    Lunch: cheese pizza (4-5 slices...whoops!)
    Snack: tortilla chips (2 large handfuls) w/ salsa, 2 caramel macadamia chocolates
    Dinner: black bean burger, salad greens, sweet potatoes (planned)

    Don't cook as much as I should, but tomorrow I must make some bean stew. It's a recipe I invented a while ago, and i have to get back into it.

    meatball sub, french fries, 2 bowls of chhicken gnocchi soup....iced teas , gin and tonic x2
