yeah I got bad with trying to keep track too. I tend to snack a lot on small random things so it is hard to combine them into "meals". Yesterday Dinner: an avocado, an apple, cherry tomatos with basil leaves and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic glaze. Lunch Today: Gluten free bread (udis brand is about as close to real bread as I can find) toasted, with pesto, avocado, and mozzarella cheese. Ginger beer.
I've been doing pretty well lately (the weekends are so hard for me to stay on track). Today: Breakfast- Luna protein bar Lunch-tuna salad with 4 saltines, grapes, banana, and one strawberry Dinner-bowl of cereal
today has not been good. I came home for lunch and ordered a pizza and peligrino I will pay for this tonight when I bloated and thristy. I am paying for it now because the grease dripped on my shirt and I have to change now to go back to work. Goji berries as a snack at work.

I'm shocking right now. I've entered my exam time phase, so while it's a good idea to be healthy and stuff, it's just not happening. Today: A pie, some pasta, some energy drink, and lots of pringles. And champagne. Such is life.
I'm on board with everything except the pringles. Pringles = cardboard pretending to be crisps. Blech.

I am taken the bag to work tomorrow and leaving it on the counter. I am in the middle of a 21 day exclusion of chocolate, candy, biscuits cookies cake donuts muffins or bread, chips, fast food, peanut butter nutella or naughty spreads, and ice cream. I am pretty good about this anyway... but I wanted to do a calendar count to see how long I actually do go. And I was doing fine until that stupid bag of chocolate showed up.
