    -protein shake and coconut coffee
    -small piece of smoked salmon
    -vitamin water zero and half of a two egg and veg scramble
    -two slices of cheese and a fresh picked tomato from the farmer's market
    -three squares of dark chocolate and a sugar free fudgesicle

    (my black soy beans came in the mail today, and I can't wait to try them! I need something new to add to my daily menu.)

    breakfast: blueberry muffin, coffee
    lunch: salmon with grape tomatoes over rice, cup of cherries
    snack: strawberry short cake
    dinner: pasta bolognese, salad

    ah...I have been great for the past two weeks...but not today:brekkie sammich...pasta...then there was dinner

    deviled eggs and bacon, denver steak, drinks of gin, pimms and grapefruit, dulce de leche cheesecake with blueberries, cardamaro....goodness

    Had to work mandatory overtime today...on the dayshift, which screwed up my sleeping and eating pattern tremendously...ugh....

    -protein shake and coconut coffee
    -small tomato salad
    -a few bites of black soy beans with onion and tomato and more coconut coffee
    - half of a two egg/veg/shrimp scramble (was too tired and nauseous to eat the whole thing.)

    at home after a long nap.....

    - three slices of cheese with two small meat free roasted turkey slices and a handful of almonds
    -sugar free fudgesicle
    - three spoonfulls of the black soybeans now baked with some salsa and a dribble of maple syrup (delish!)

    -carb free cocktails....just because

    -1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    -spinach salad and one Babybel cheese
    -1/2 cup baked black soy beans
    -coconut coffee and sugar free fudgesicle

    *at home

    -half slice of swiss cheese and two slices of meat free 'turkey' lunch slices
    -vodka shots, a few green olives, and a small handful of almonds

    food on the road...not a good day except for dinner which was authentic pollo en mole and margaritas

    Ya gotta love a good margarita.....

    -protein shake and coconut coffee
    -small tomato salad and a few bits of smoked salmon
    -1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese
    -1/2 cup of black soybeans baked with salsa and a slight drizzle of maple syrup
    -two egg and veggie/shrimp/cheese scramble (most of it, but not all. Kitties made me share while I was cooking.)
    -coconut coffee and fudgesicle

    -straight vodka and one thin slice of sharp cheddar

    I haven't got onto a scale yet, but clothes are fitting differently on me these days, so I'm hopeful....

    Yesterday- Subway chicken sandwich on whole wheat with veggies.
    Watermelon, green tea
    Zuchini and kale salad, one beer

    -three thin slices of sharp cheddar and two slices of tofurkey lunch meat
    -two squares of dark chocolate and large handful of almonds

    -two light cocktails

    Just no appetite today
    Working, and I survived on coffee, lots of water, green tea and watermelon....strawberry and kale salad and piece of grilled chicken with pesto and one glass of wine.

    Isn't the body shape change more important than the number? Gotta remember what's a shortcut to track what! (Or at least that's how I've approached my "weight loss" goals)

    Moving, so definitely not a healthy day...bacon egg and cheese sandwich on an asiago bagel; giant black bean burger with truffle fries, bowl of ice cream and bowl of Greek yogurt as snacks, unsure what post ballet chow is going to look like (just got home from an intense hour and a half class).

    Hummus and red pepper and carrot strips
    Coffee, green tea, water with lemon slices
    Too tired to feel anything else....work is kicking my butt this week....bad news is that's it's just Tuesday

    chicken corn chowder...beef bologne and white cheddar on rye with mustard
    bowl of turkey taco meat, cheese and corn tortilla shells

    a bunch of unsweet tea and a high probability of pinot grigio soon

    (girls night out)

    a brat-worst

    Breakfast: Bagel
    Lunch: Pasta and homemade sauce, plus one slice of garlic bread
    Dinner: two chicken tacos and 2 handfuls of starbursts
