    oatmeal with cranberry juice
    leftover spaghetti and carrots plus a couple of graham crackers
    spinach salad with dried cranberries and jicama

    breakfast: coffee
    lunch: all kinds of dim sum
    dinner: more dim sums

    yesterday.....

    -coconut coffee
    -2 egg scramble with spinach and mushrooms
    -smoked salmon and string cheese
    -small handful of peanuts and nectarine
    -green beans and half of a meatless Italian sausage
    -coconut coffee

    -1 oz swiss cheese and a cocktail

    protein shake, coffee
    lowfat bologne on pumpernickel with vegetarian cheese and miracle whip, bowl of potato buds
    lowfat bologne on pumpernickel with white cheddar and miracle whip, bowl of mrs grass chicken noodle soup, unsweet tea

    would guess that there might be wine after yoga

    edit to add...yep...cheese and crackers and sauvi blanc

    Arugula salad with feta and cranberries
    Hummus with red pepper strips
    Grapes
    One apple
    Frito chips- got to stop eating them

    -2 oz smoked salmon, two slices of American cheese, and 1cup cubed watermelon
    -small handful of almonds and 4 small spring rolls
    -green beans and veggie burger (no bun)
    -coconut coffee

    -handful of dry roasted pistachios, sugar free fudgesicle, cocktail

    dinner: pasta bolognese, salad

    starving today....hoping to have tapered off and be mostly done...so far;

    930a tuna salad on triscuits with potato soup and coffee

    1230p pork tacos on flour tortillas with lettuce only, unsweet tea

    turkey sammich, moscato

    It's so hot here that 'normal' (my version anyway) is off. Yep, just a big order of curly fries- well, and a LOT of unsweet iced tea. My stomach was flip-floppy from the heat and the long but great weekend.

    Today, I had two pieces of pizza and a peach. I can't believe I turned up my nose at a cheeseburger. Maybe it's Girl Problems, too. Ick. I hate August.

    -coconut coffee
    -veggie burger patty and slice of American cheese
    -sugar free popsicles (yes...that's more than one)
    -faux beef tips sauteed with mushrooms, low fat sour cream, and black pepper over green beans.
    -more sugar free popsicles. (it's hot here today!)
    -lots of diet iced tea

    -possibility of a cocktail later....and more diet iced tea

    2:30 general's chicken, cottage cheese
    4:00 totilla chips, w/jalpeno greek yogurt dip

    high probability of lo-cal juice and vodka later

    Lots of water, green tea, some coffee
    Handful of frito chips
    2 apricots
    One apple
    Leftover pesto pasta with chicken, a couple glasses of malbec

    Long day today, including lesson and errands, before I got around to eating....

    -vitamin water zero
    -some jo-jo potato wedges
    -3 slices of margarita pizza and two sugar free fudgesicles
    -lots of fizzy water and diet iced tea

    -chance of cocktail or another coconut coffee before bed
