    thusfar; 2 eggs and um, several pieces of bacon, coffee
    two homemade quesadillas with green olives in them, unsweet tea

    dinner will be something Indian....yum


    edit to add; ended up being egg biryani, extra hot, and that paneer stuff (like indian deep fried cheese), moscato

    Oatmeal and grape juice
    Roast beef and swiss sandwich, Diet Coke
    baby carrots
    licked the beater from a batch of brownies
    salad and spaghetti, small brownie for dessert
    Handful of chocolate covered raisins
    Lots of water
    margarita

    lowfat turkey bologne on oat bread, coffee, propel water zero

    southern green beans and potatoes with a bit of shredded cheese and hot sauce on top, more coffee and propel zero

    sweet potato tomatillo bisque and low salt saltines, moscato

    lunch will be bigger lOL

    not a stellar day;

    brekkies; 4 thin mints and coffee, propel water
    lunch; 2 burgers, unsweet tea
    din; 2 fish filet, more propel ...trying to have a glass of dry red (I won the bottle at a dance)...but I have lost much of my previous fondness for it...not a bad thing altogether

    oatmeal and apple juice
    roast beef and swiss sandwich with a handful of mini-pretzels
    low-fat chicken pot pie; a new recipe I thought I'd try. Won't bother preparing it again.

    one bowl of butter pecan ice cream
    coffee, unsweet tea, blush wine

    Two fried eggs and a slice of Swiss cheese on English muffin, green tea and coffee
    Frozen panini, some kind of sweet bread from an Asian bakery, a half of muffin and three clementines
    1/3 of family size frozen eggplant lasagna and four frozen chicken nuggets

    Another 1/3 of family size frozen eggplant lasagna (left-over), another sweet bread and three clementines
    A slice of bread for snack, potato sausage soup and frozen honeyed carrots

    Breakfast: quiche

    Lunch: salad and some sesame sticks

    Dinner: salmon and glazed carrots, a bit of mixed fruit for a snack

    Cream of wheat with butter, golden raisins and maple syrup and coffee
    Left-over potato sausage soup and three clementines
    Couple of crackers for snack, girella pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, baby arugula and feta cheese and two frozen fish fillet and frozen peas

    no thats lunch

    breakfast was half a tin of black berries and a banana

    then protein ice after working out

    then the lunch above

    tonite chicken, green beans and salad

    im leaning out for usa dance nationals want all the cuts to show in Latin!!!
