that is slightly disturbing ..... what with the sound of the knife blades!
but a good question - are there any (other) tango tunes written/directed at Halloween's?
I like it!
Tango de Roxane would be good for Halloween, eh?
spooky you should mention that one ..
; Siousxie and the Banshees: Arabian Nights/ Spellbound/Nightshift/Voodoo Dolly
Danse Macabre Seans Sans
Cocteau Twins; Wax and Wane
Hmm challenging ....
but I'll forgive you cos I found this in my journey :
(ahhh memories of the student union bar! )
If I had the change, I would invite Melingo as a performer for a Halloween milonga (or any other milonga). He has some spooky songs, which I didn’t found on youtube. However, this performance will give you an idea:
Screamin' Jay Hawkins
... I Put a Spell on You
On his 2nd CD some songs are accompanied by a singing saw: Think, it should be a bloody saw, then !
That's cool song
This is an older thread, but I've found it helpful today as I plan this year's Halloween dance.
More Magma (Ram's Volcanic Hotrod Taxi Mix) by Ramasutra. It needed just a bit of editing (fade in, etc.) and came out absolutely fabulous as a Tango with a Halloween twist.
