New shoes are an awesome "red-pink" pink, fit great. Looking forward to beating the crap out of them now.

From this morning's physical therapy session:

PTA: Next I'm going to have you do what's called a grapevine.
    Me: I got this.

I now officially OWN pivots (well, as well as I can manage. They're still not Hazel-quality and never will be).

Also, followup on red-pink shoes- I got this pair, only with a sparkly buckle across the toe. Yes, they're children's shoes, but I needed low heels for being on my feet all the time, and so far, I've gotten nothing but compliments from everybody on them. The shoes are of course "throwaway shoes", but I loved the color, and I couldn't have afforded a good brand with that customized shade otherwise: http://www.lightinthebox.com/satin-...latin-shoes-for-kids-more-colors_p220581.html

I've tanned, I've dyed my hair, and most importantly, I've finished my dress! Can't wait for the comp on Sunday :D

After two years of fake tanning I've finally managed to put the correct amount of tan on my elbows.

from a post on another board I frequent:
"Your up late too. What time is it in Canada?"

member lives in New York

Grammar issue aside, who doesn't realize Canada is to our North and also has time zones? Reminds me of some of the "Jaywalking" segments on Jay Leno where the ignorance of Americans is laughable.

people who don't know the difference btwn "your" and "you're" have a fairly high probability of also not knowing other fairly basic things
