Practise update: Thanks to all, I really got a lot of help. I started doing the excercises on a regular bases in front of the mirrow and i think my flexibility of single body parts really improved 8) but the putting all together in danincg effect has still to become better a lot :roll: . especially, when i dance next the rela good one i still look very &/&)($??/ but i guess this is also an issue of training. so i keep on trying and hope for the best :wink:
Thanks for the update. Glad to see that progress is being made. I just recently decided to start working on this too.
