    Leftovers from St. Patrick's day: mashed carrots and parsnips, cabbage, and colcannon. Never tried colcannon before...it's pretty frickin' tasty! I have got to make this sometime.

    muffaletto, from God's own kitchen...which is a good thing because I am fairly certain that I have created an arterial blockage by ingesting it, and may have shortened my lifespan considerably

    Pasta salad w/veg and lots of olives. Red Pepper hummus with pita. Going Mediterranean** today.



    ** This is a word that I will never, ever be able to spell correctly the first time. I always have to rely on the spell checker. *sigh*

    Cheese, crackers, cucumber dip, mints, nuts, fruits and sausage-like meat.

    Blackberries as a snack earlier this morning...greek yogurt, small bit of cheese, carrots, celery, veggie chips and hot tea

    Gardenburger w/ cheese & carmelized onions on wh.wh. sammich thin, some tomato & roasted corn salad, pineapple.
