pineapple, yogurt, fresh ginger... blended.
Brown rice, cottage cheese, steamed broccoli, and breaded chicken strips.
Sometimes simplicity can be very satisfying.

Chicken breast, Bombay potatoes, water. Frozen 'gurt for dessert.
Brown rice, wilted baby kale, almonds, crunchy raw veggies, fruit.
bbq pulled pork on oat bread, w/ fake cheese vegetarian substance and a dill slice, few tortilla chips n' chz...orange vitamin water zero
pineapple ginger honey yogurt smoothie... again. Eating all of the remaining food before I leave town again.
no breakfast....lunch was pulled pork on whole wheat with bleu cheese and dill, mrs grass soup, vitamin water zero
fried bologne sammich (lowfat) on oat bread with mustard...potato soup, box-o
Missed lunch - NOT GOOD. Will take steps not to let this happen again. This won't happen again. This won't happen again...

Reminds me that I must make smoothies. Have all the ingredients...well that fresh ginger really sounds enticing and I don't have that...

tiny bit of leftover fried rice, fat free cottage cheese...
no breakfast....veal cutlet, over raw spinach...mashed potatoes...needed the carbs...leave me alone...un sweet tea
