update: the party was beautiful... packed crowd, lovely decorations (very wedding-y), three acts of wonderful dance performances, with the final one being GG & his partner nina. touching, heartfelt, all that good stuff... maybe i'm biased, but my favorite dance of the night was definitely my own pro with his partner... beautiful viennese with some latin elements... their dancing took my breath away... and danced twice with GJB... wish it'd been more! but the floor was so packed... hard to find people. exellent social dancing, tho... not your average group of social dancers -- was really enjoyable to watch when i wasn't on the floor...
