OSLO, Norway (Reuters) -- Norway's King Harald opened the world's longest road tunnel Monday just hours after a tiny fire forced about 50 people to evacuate a bus in the heart of the 15.3-mile (24.6-kilometer) tunnel.

I love driving on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel, especially the way it weaves into and out of the water.

But that's how it appears, silly. You're driving along a mile or two of bridge, and it appears that the road disappears in front of you, down into the water. actually, you're ramping down into the Chesapeake Bay, into the next section of tunnel. It's gorgeous.

I hate Old Bay seasoning for crabs and other seafood. Who thought that yucky stuff up? Probably the same person who thought up salt and vinegar potato chips. :shock: :evil:

I wonder why the sea is so salty?

I just don't like all of the Tolls on I-95! (It's what, $5 for the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel, isn't it?)

I thought there was some rule that Interstate Highways weren't supposed to be tollways?
