What do you think of wearing a scarf with a t-shirt for men?

Total digression, but I *think* you're reading this thread, DOI. Yesterday, DS asked me, "What is steampunk?" Oh my gosh! You shoulda seen me try to describe it.

I ended up with, "It's kind of a combination of 19th century fashion, steam engine technology, and modern technology." Then oh thank goodness I remembered the TV show Revolution, so I said, "It's like Revolution, only with the ladies wearing black bustiers." And then we went to wikipedia and guess what? The lady pictured was standing in front of a steam train and wearing a black bustier.

My parental credibility was saved by the bell ... or should I say whistle? lol.

If i'm honest I really dislike it, both out of preference wearing it and seeing other people wear it. But with anything in fashion it comes down to your own taste and it's not to mine.

not my cup of tea (only wear scarves for a purpose i.e. winter!)

imo if you want fashion then it's all about sweat bands/leg warmers...
