    At Dec 23rd pro-am Showdance competition, DP and student won 3rd place among 18 couples; was a tough comp, they did it like "Dancing with the Stars",only allowed teacher-student couples to enter, 3 judges to give marks and comments; There were quite strong numbers that night, I would say even stronger than some of the comp pro-am exhibitions. We were preparing her for weeks for this comp, we both coached her, prepared her as much as we could, I did a gorgeous makeup for her, that made her outstanding too! In my opinion, among 18 couples they only chose 3 finalists were quite a huge cut, but nevertheless, she made it! So pround of her!!!

    Visit with my aunt in the nursing home. Brought her yellow roses. She told me her late husband always used to give her yellow roses. I didn't know that.....it made both of us smile.
