here are a few more (five years later) since i started DJ-ing. some are a little more obvious than others; some i've edited for tempo as well as length:

it came upon the midnight clear - chet baker - silent nights: a christmas jazz album

anna rose - vienna tang - warm strangers
drought - vienna tang - waking hour

maggie's theme - james galway - in the pink
the thornbirds - james galway - legends
masquerada - james galway - dances for flute

breathe (2am) - anna nalick - wreck of the day

gordon james - govt mule - by a thread

    norwegian wood - the beatles

    piano man - billy joel

river lullaby - amy grant - prince of egypt

show me the way - styx - come sail away (this one surprises people the most)

    papercut - apollo drive

strawberry wine - deana carter - did i shave my legs for this?

my skin - natalie merchant - ophelia

A new to me song that I think is cool is "Welcome to Mystery" by the Plain White T's. (off of the Alice in wonderland soundtrack) It is a cool song, but it is in the zone that is Very fast for a slow waltz, but slow for a V. Waltz.

Not necessarily for, but perfect for a wedding, especially a white wedding!

I wonder if we're thinking about how apt these songs are for a wedding.

Piano Man isn't, IMO. I Won't Give Up, while a very lovely and romantic song, is a song in which one person is waaaaaay more committed to the relationship than the other person...which I hope isn't the situation when you're getting married to someone.

Remedy or one and only by Adele.

Suffer by Charlie Puth works if everyone acknowledges that that woman is cold hearted.
