I usually really enjoy dancing to live music (provided they don't get to "creative" with the interpretation).
I'm wondering what are the advantages to playing a recording of a cover orchestra instead of a recording of the classic orchestra at a milonga. Better recording quality for the modern orchestra was mentioned.
