rolfing = OUCH!

been there, done that... did i say OUCH!
But a really great ouch.

I did not find rolfing that painful. Or atleast the pain that I felt was very justifiable, so I enjoyed it. And I really liked what it did for my body.

I am the same way with any sort of body work. I like the feeling of good pain. I was on a cycling event, and a massage therapist was working on my legs. She was getting frustrated because she felt I should be screaming in pain, as she was really getting into my muscles. I was just breathing deaply and enjoying the pain.

Does this make me a masochist?

Lots of practitioners there who could offer advice. If you want to know more about the techniques I can explain them. :)

Never tried rolfing myself though..
That forum looks interesting.

Oh NO! Something to take me away from DF!
Hehe diputsnyc - Dance Forums have taken my attention away from that one! *smirk*

If you want to see something with the grace of dancing and the most powerful health benefits try this.. - already decided when I do this course I'm getting examined to a salsa track. :)
