Wednesday, huge potluck lunch at work. You just don't want to know, but I've never seen so much food outside of a Methodist fellowship hall. :D Thursday shot to hell. Trying to get back on track today.

Has been a good couple of days:

Friday: Ethiopian food.
Saturday: toast with peanut butter for breakfast (a treat), and Thai food for dinner (papaya salad, Massaman curry with chicken--I ate the chicken, onions, and peanuts)
Sunday: eggs, bacon for breakfast, and then leftover Thai curry for dinner (again just the chicken, onions, and peanuts)
Today: cottage cheese for breakfast; mixed greens with spinach and vinaigrette, with chicken on top for lunch; seared and baked swordfish, and steamed broccoli for dinner.

Om nom!
