Yesterday: Breakfast: Banana yogurt with blueberries. Lunch: salad (lettuce, onion, sweet pepper, green olives, sun-dried tomatoes, basalmic dressing) and an orange. Dinner: pork chop, sauteed green beans and onions.
Today: Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with onion, pepper, and hot sauce. Lunch: chicken sandwich and a cookie (which actually wasn't very good). Dinner: barbecue chicken and frozen mixed veggies.
Breakfast: two slices of apple bread. Lunch: chicken sandwich, and a very small piece of maximum-chocolate-available-without-a-prescription cake that co-worker brought in. Dinner: half of a Subway BMT.

egg sammich on oatmeal bread with lowfat miracle whip, coffe w/skim
salad with white cheddar, pepitas and itln dressing, glass of rose', handful of lemon head jelly beans...horribly addictive if you are into sour
homemade curried vegetable soup (carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, yellow squash, onion, sesame seeds, chili sauce, peanut sauce, sesame oil, garam masala spice, thai ginger salt) over mashed...going to have some unsweet tea soon...probably a smidge more wine later tonight...NOT more jelly beans
Friday: Ethiopian food.
Saturday: toast with peanut butter for breakfast (a treat), and Thai food for dinner (papaya salad, Massaman curry with chicken--I ate the chicken, onions, and peanuts)
Sunday: eggs, bacon for breakfast, and then leftover Thai curry for dinner (again just the chicken, onions, and peanuts)
Today: cottage cheese for breakfast; mixed greens with spinach and vinaigrette, with chicken on top for lunch; seared and baked swordfish, and steamed broccoli for dinner.
