let's just leave it at varying intervals of sausage, cheesy potatoes, and deviled deviled eggs... one chocolate chip cookie...lots of iced tea and wine (this would pretty much cover the past three days and this morning)

I love the days when I have long workouts and I can eat ice cream/drink alcohol and still come in under the calorie budget
Steak and red wine. Tomorrow is a new day and a new year for healthy eating. My goal is to follow the 80/20 rule and be healthy at least 80 percent of the time. But without splurges, it would not be living. So here's to a new year!
