yesterday; home made taco fest for lunch, hot sinfapore mei fun for dinner....local michigan wine, catawba grape....doesn't get much better than that

salmon with pesto butter, peas, glass of very dry sherry;
lots of fizzy water,
infusion of licorice "tea"

Let's just not discuss what I ate this weekend... suffice it to say that there was an excess of candy, chocolate, fatty food and some wine mixed in there. With next to no exercise. Holiday weekends with company... sigh.

And now I feel awful - only part of which is due to not enough sleep over the weekend. Back on plan today.

7pm prescription grade motrin, soft cheese, leftover vegetable lo mein, soft rolls with gravy, vitamin water zero

today:

keilbasa and quiche, 2 slices of pepperoni pizza....motrin

salad with goat cheese and apples, filet mignon over mashed potato with peppers and leeks (all that was good) and some kind of gloppy, soggy glazed crepe with cherries and creme anglais (which was not good);
crackers, and glass of pinot grigio
